Founded and led by Sydney Timpson, we exist to push solar beyond the expected by delivering systems that are smart, sharp, and ready for what’s next. We help clients rethink how solar gets designed, deployed, and delivered, always with a focus on clarity, creativity, and long-term value.
Solar energy is now the fastest-growing power source in the world and one of the most powerful tools we have to fight climate change, decentralize energy, and build equity through infrastructure.
We don’t just install panels. We develop custom energy strategies that are technically sound, visually considered, and financially strategic. Whether we’re energizing city rooftops, open farmland, or community spaces, our approach is agile, informed, and purpose-driven.
Our team brings together expertise in energy, design, infrastructure, and innovation working side by side with clients to turn ideas into resilient, revenue-generating systems.

Our Leadership
Sydney Timpson is the founder and CEO of Sydney Energy, where she leads with a rare mix of strategy, creativity, and climate-driven purpose.
A Georgia native and multidisciplinary builder, Sydney launched the company in 2023 to accelerate access to solar and climate-smart agriculture in communities that need it most: farms, schools, and frontline clinics.
Her background spans energy infrastructure, branding, and nonprofit advocacy, with a strong focus on equity, design, and measurable impact.
Under her leadership, Sydney Energy delivers clean energy systems that are as intentional as they are technical, from vertical bifacial solar arrays to shaded cropping systems and microgrids. She also oversees partnerships, fundraising, and company vision, while grounding every project in local relevance and long-term value.
Sydney holds experience across tech, real estate, and social impact sectors, and currently shapes brand strategy for BridgeWork IT alongside her role at Sydney Energy. She brings a forward-thinking lens to leadership, rooted in execution, empathy, and new-school energy.
